This is all done with courteous and friendly manners. This is a quiet relaxed community, good location, safe, with beautiful trees and lots of areas and places for walking and strolling about. "I have been living in Blue Quill Pointe Apartments for over a year. As a single mother with a young child, the apartments are affordable and comfortable. The [Blue Quill Pointe] management team fosters a sense of community by hosting summer BBQ's and offering residents other social events throughout the year. Most tenants are friendly and respectable to each other and contribute to the overall experience living in this community. Chantale, the community manager, goes above and beyond her expected duties to ensure residents have a positive experience at Blue Quill Pointe. She is kind, diligent, confident and her caring disposition makes her loved by many residents. She is skilled at managing the demands of the building and is efficient at conflict resolution, whether that be tenant dispute or maintenance requests. The maintenance team is also very experienced and dedicated to the wellbeing of the tenants and the up keep of the buildings. Lawn maintenance and snow removal are done in a timely manner and residents are informed of special instructions with advanced notice. [The] building team works diligently to ensure cleanliness. They seem to be heading in the right direction with Chantale, Linda, Joe, Quincy, Jim and others currently involved. Although I have had a few rather trivial issues come up near the end of my tenancy, I have to admit, the professionalism and fairness of the team at Blue Quill Pointe is a refreshing rarity these days.
